Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. Sending a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. An order is not canceled until On Three Racing confirms it.

For an approved customer-requested cancellation made before fulfillment, we will refund the product subtotal only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order has not yet shipped. Any discount will be reflected in the refunded product subtotal.

Once fulfillment has begun—including picking, packing, processing, or creating a shipping label—the order cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible merchandise may be submitted for return under the terms above.

If On Three Racing cancels an order, cannot ship it within the promised time, or offers cancellation because of a shipping delay, all amounts required by applicable law will be refunded, including shipping charges when applicable.
